David Nadler — Des Moines Operator and Strategic Partner

David is my brother and one of my longest collaborators. We're both Des Moines-based entrepreneurs who've been building businesses for the better part of two decades, and somewhere along the way our work started overlapping in ways that made a lot of sense.

Over the years I've worked with David across a range of projects — his franchise operation at LearningRx, client work through his marketing agency Automate and Convert, and program builds including the Iowa Chronic Care Consortium, the Agency Management Institute, and Coach Mindset. He's brought me in when a project needed strong technical execution; I've called on him when I needed someone who could think through positioning, market strategy, or how to structure an offer.

We're both builders. He thinks in systems, strategy, and growth. I think in architecture, implementation, and what it actually takes to ship. Between us, we cover both sides of what it takes to get something built and into the market.
